Home visits
Once you're happy to go ahead with the service, we'll arrange a convenient time to collect your items directly from your door. Everything is handled securely and discreetly, and we'll confirm the value with you before anything is finalised - so there's nothing to decide on the doorstep.
We collect
Once you're ready, we'll send you clear instructions and packaging guidance for sending your items using a fully insured, tracked postal service (postal bag included). As soon as your parcel arrives, we'll confirm receipt, carry out your valuation, and get back to you - nothing is finalised until you're happy to accept.
Post-in
We hold local buying events across the area, giving you the chance to get a valuation in person without needing to book a separate appointment. Every event is attended by 2 experienced valuers, with security on-site throughout, so you can feel confident bringing your items along.
